incase some of you were wondereing^^ there is a video.. ignore the video, it is to blade or something and has poor sequence, crank up your speakers, if you have a sub great, if you dont,, imagine it 10 times better and during the first part.. imagine smoke rolling out from the facemask of the helmet, the videoboard showing the clones jumping around but enclosed by the tunnel and by the time the song "hits" they blow the facemask open and the team runs out to a sellout yellowed out crowd of 55,000... oh yeahh

Not for the entrance but we gotta keep Zombie Nation "Kernkraft 400 (OhOhOh) Remix" that song is an awesome techno song. I understand we gotta have some older rock mixed in throughout the game for the older Cyclones as well...but I do think we don't play near enough Rap/Hip-Hop during the game...couple ideas:
The Game: "Put You On The Game"
Fort Minor: "Remember Tha Name"

I think the perfect song to come out of a tunnel would be "No Leaf Clover" by Metallica!! http://www.darklyrics.com/lyrics/metallica/sm.html#8 Just check out the lyrics...to me they are perfect.

If I were going to war, and could have a song cranked like in Apocolypse Now, I would play Eye of the Beholder by Metallica....I just love the way that song builds gradually at the beginning. Always thought it would be a cool entrance song.

Yeah but every team in the history of sports has played that song for their entrance. I want to hear something different that would set us apart from everyone else. I want to hear a song that I would instantly think Iowa State.

AC/DC is universal. Older fans as well as younger fans can really get into it. We need something everybody can get into. Not Just a certain age group! No need to have three fourths of the stadium looking around at each other saying what the "bleep" is that? Please, Please no more "Sweet Caroline"
