\"Now you're messing with a son of a b*tch\" There's actually a really cool remake of this from last year, it was on a car commercial briefly. It had a sample of the Nazareth version mixed in with hip hop. Done by Chris Classic (son of RUN from RUN DMC). It's also already edited, so no foul language. Called "Unleashed" on iTunes.
Some will love it, some will hate it, I personally like it. |

"Thunder Rolls" by Garth Brooks........Just Kidding
I would vote for something from Pink Floyd....lots of bass and well known music.
I think the best would be for a DJ out there to make an original, bass thumping remix of the ISU Fight Song. Techno/dance/hip hop/rap all rolled into one.

[quote=iowast8fan;101090]The beginning of Thunderstruck is great while they are chanting "THUNDER!" The problem with this song as an introduction song is when the verses begin. After the initial "THUNDER!" chant, there is no heart-pounding beat that gets the crowd hyped up. As proof of this, they played the song at a football game last year. At first, the crowd reacted well. However, as soon as the initial "THUNDER!" chant ended and the verses began, it left everyone wondering how to react.
speaking of thunderstruck, did anybody hear cotlar's show this morning. jamie pollard was introduced by thunderstruck for the interview, and jp requested an ac/dc bump. worked for me!

Ok this would be really cool but it would only work for night games. At the time when we come down to the field. Have a the stadium lights turn off. The have sounds of a tornado, ( Howling winds, debris flying threw the air, thunder, and have some sort of lighting systems setup where there was fake lightening flashing over the crowd over the crowd). Then have the Cyclone Siren sound and then the lights flicker back on and we are on the field ready to kick some major Anus. I think that would Fing sweet.
