I haven't followed OUs team very much, but it looks like they have some BIG girls. Maybe we should just run the floor all night and see which team has the energy at the end.

Against KU in the opener, KU prevented C Paris from getting the ball in the first half. The OU perimiter players hit something like 50 % on 3s so the strategy did not work. Paris ended up with something like 29 points. We can only hope to slow her down, hope our girls are on fire from the perimiter, and OU's freshman PG returns to normal. She had 24 last night. Paris and her twin sister are the offspring of a NFL lineman, some football people can fill in the blanks, I don't follow the NFL.

It's on a lot of the Fox Sports regional channels including Fox Sports Midwest and Fox Sports Chicago I believe.

We need to run their big girls up and down the court. The center for OU outweighs anyone on our men's team.
| EIU is the other Okoboji University for serious students and home of Captain Kirk who pilots the Enterprise on its Trek through the Universe for finding his next great job. Captain, beware of your Superbowl. |

Yep, Courtney Paris is an absolute amazon woman. They don't list the weight of women's basketball players, go figure....I suppose they do that for girls like her that would never get a date in their life if that info was made public. I'd bet she'd weigh in around the 300 lb. mark. Worse yet, she's only a sophomore. She loves to push the opposing bigs a lot. She's like a damn tree under the basket. She doesn't have to move. Don't be surprised if she gets away with a couple cheap elbows too. But she does have one weakness......she runs about as well as Rosie O'Donnell. And I have a feeling that's exactly what Bill's gameplan is going to be, run her every chance we get. She'll play a considerable amount less if she's winded. We do that and it's our game to lose...

How dumb is that where the women's sports teams clamor for respect and then still perpetuate the stereotype of women by not listing their weights????
