If the completed the second round, then yes they are. In wrestling tourneys (at least HS, not so sure about NCAA) you have to have at least 90 mins or 2 hours between matches.

My brother is at the event, and he said the Zabriskie match is officially being challenged. Guess Zabriskie got awarded the TD pretty quick and his opponent basically continued the scramble and ended up on top. Doesn't seem likely that anything will come of it, though.
