If so, did you hear him talking about a UI recruit by name who has not signed a LOI yet? I thought it was a NCAA violation for anyone connected with a NCAA program to mention recruits by name without having a signed LOI? I don't want to make a mountain out of a molehill here, but I know that when people inquire about recruits on GM's call in show John Walters is always quick to say that they can not talk about specific recruits until they sign their LOI.

Take him to jail and do not pass go.
I think you can go to rivals.com and see the names of LOI who have not signed. Did our last basketball recruit sign his LOI?
Perhaps he should have said - Mystery Recruit X has not signed his LOI. He needs a stamp.

Thois must be a 3 star who has not signed yet. maybe he has a grades problem also. Might be academy material for the recruit?
