For anyone that cares, our neighbors to the east only have 3 guys left. Everyone else has been eliminated. Their boards are in meltdown mode saying that this is the worst Iowa team ever. HAHA

Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

Bonus points for placing will be the determiner (I say). We've both got 4 that could be champions and 3 that could be 3rd place. If we can place our 7 slightly better than their 7 we're good.
On the side of reality--though--I must admit their 4 in the championship bracket are expected to do better than our 4. Not sure about the wrestlebacks.

the valuable thing he'll get is a contract extension. That's worth more than any bonus in the D1 coaches line of work.
