Anyone think Oden for OSU should have been T'ed up?

I thought the foul at the end of regulation was very flagrent. Oden basically shoved the guy completely off the court.

It was defnitely a flagrant foul. The guy was leveled. It looked like Oden was using the "hit stick" on Madden.

It was borderline...in real time I thought it should have been intentional, but then in slow motion he really didn't extend his arms that far. Poor beast just didn't know his own strength until that guy went flying into the third row. I'm betting if it would have been somebody besides Oden it would have had a very good chance of being called intentional/flagrant. In reality though, it was still Xavier's game to win if he just makes the second free throw.

very costly call for Xavier...I am sure that we will be hearing about that all over sportscenter.

Yes, it should have been an intentional foul, but then everybody knows they need to protect the Number 1 seed in the tournament.

I don't know about flagrant or intentional. Either way, that second free throw was thisclose to going in, and then game over for Ohio State.

That was a great shot by Lewis at the end of the game there, and Ohio State played really well without Oden. They showed me something today with that comeback.

Yes he is by far better, Durrant has so much skill it's not even funny

Coming from a guy that has OSU winning it all and glad they won, I will admit he deserved a technical foul.

When it happened I was thinking intentional or technical foul. He just freaking pushed that guy. I am sure a lot was out of frustration, but come on man.

You could yell about that call all you want but Xavier's coach basically lost it for them. They didn't foul before OSU got a chance to shoot a three. They didn't guard against the three. He didnt call a TO with 2 seconds left to set up a play or have a play called before hand. They tried to sit on the ball and run out the clock instead of looking for good shots after 20 seconds left on the shot clock. He delivered that game on a platter to OSU.

Anyone else think that regardless of outcome, that game represented what March Madness is all about? Between that game and Butler/MD, I can't stop watching. I've gotten nothing accomplished today. ATM and Louisville looks to be headed down the same road.

Let's not sell Ohio State short. That was an amazing comeback. Butler still has to make the 25 foot 3 pointer, and Lewis still has to complete that huge and-one along with the game tying three.

And Oden still has to commit that flagrant foul. Oh, wait a second...

The sad thing is that game reminded me so much of our Cyclones vs KU in Ames this year- make our free throws and its over, no overtime, no heartbreak.........anybody have a tissue?
