Well I am going to have to go tonight, I am just too excited for football to get here. Were people really tailgating yesterday?

I don't think Ebner is on the team anymore because he was not there. Mansfield is #26 and it does appear from workouts that the team will utilize a fullback.

Our offensive line is going to be pretty pathetic. All our returners and JUCOS are here and I just don't think we can possibly be better than last year as bad as that seems. The talent level has just declined.

The D-line will improve immensely with Tate, Lyle, and Weir. So I'm not worried about them, but I really think its going to be a tough year for the O-Line and Meyer.

Actually, and I don't know how closely you read threads, but there have been many people on this site that have said that they expect to win 7 games this year. There also, again not sure how closely you read what is written, have been some really optimistic people that think that this team can win 9.

I am sorry, I don't have the time nor energy to look those threads up for you. But if you go through many of the previous threads in the Football category, you will read the fearless predictions of the people on CF.

Ahhh......the selective memory of someone trying to block out a nightmare.

The JUCO's are here, and I think that they will improve a lot before Labor Day. I am just not sure that it will be enough to make this a 6 win team, let alone 7-9 wins.

Ebner is still on the team, #45. He had surgery in January and had been working with the trainers before spring break. Last night the coaches just limited what they wanted him to do.

Sweet! Glad to hear Ebner is still on the team. So we are gonna utilize a fullback this year?? With Ebner, Mansfield still at FB, and the move of Eckwelundu from LB to FB it sure looks like it.

Ebner is not a Big 12 caliber player.

So someone is going to update us for tonight too right? Great pics by the way, the light in there is hard. But the flash cant do squat for you.

these guys arent super human, and this was the first practice.. dont expect them to be on par just yet, it takes awhile..
