Starting Lineup

I think experience counts a lot in G-Mac's system. I also don't think starting will mean a whole lot next year.

I would expect the starters to be:

PG- Garrett
WG-Taylor
SF- Johnson
PF- Thompson
C - Hubalek

I expect Brackens to play 20mpg in the post spelling Thompson & Hubalek. W. Johnson could play some post depending on match-ups. I'd be surprised if Marsden/C. Johnson play more than 10mpg combined.

I do think Rahshon will come off the bench to spell Wesley and be defensive stopper. However, I have a tough time seeing Rahshon playing more than 15mpg unless his offense improves.

After that the question is who backs up at PG. I'm sure G-Mac and staff will work on Mike Taylors ballhandling and decision making in the off season. My bet is Taylor is the backup PG. Then its a matter of Dodie and Stuccia(sp?) fighting for minutes as a consistent jump shooter.

Dont think experience counts in G-Macs system? Do you have any idea how many offensive sets the man has. Experience is huge! More so w/ him than most coaches

i doubt rashon a senior is going to come off the bench but i could be wrong, i hope brackins gets alot of minutes because he has alot of potential and is supposedly really good

Agreed... Rahshon is still the leader of the team (ask anyone on the team and check out his C). Not even just because he's a senior, but his game experience and leadership and solid play means he starts.
