Re: Tenn. vs OSU

Tenn is up by more than I expected. IF OSU isnt careful they will take themselves out of this game.

Well, I was wrong, but right with my original pick.

If A&M had pulled off that game tonight, my South bracket would have been perfect....no misses.

Oden baby! And I love how there was no foul called. I don't think there should have been, but I like how the refs are trying not to call ticky tacky fouls and just let the true "street ball" come out where you better bring it and not make excuses.

The block was clean, but the guy was fouled three times: 1) Undercut on rebound, 2) Hands between center court, and the top of the key, and 3) body on the drive.

For some reason I think that Tennesee would have been called for any of those fouls.

Conley pushed Smith at least two times with no call on the last drive.

Re: Tenn. vs OSU

It happens so often that hot 3pt shooting cools off in the second half, when the legs get a little tired. Once the good 3-pt shooting got the floor spread, Tennessee needed to work for some easy 2-pt shots. They couldn't do it, or couldn't finish when they got them, and the 3pt shooting cooled off. Throw in a bunch of missed FTs and a wonderful first half ends up in a loss.

Conley was riding him, but he was digging his elbow into Conley just as bad. So to me its a no call and just let the better man win.
