The Ames native that took Indian Hills CC to national prominence and assisted Larry Eustachy/ISU in back to back Big XII conference regular season titles has been on an extended leave of absence since December and is being replaced/fired at Denver University. Apparently, Carroll has not had much, if any, contact with anyone at DU since the leave began. The team had 4 wins this season.
