AMES, Iowa - The Iowa State softball team will open its 2007 home schedule Wednesday at 1 p.m. with a doubleheader against intrastate rival Northern Iowa. The Cyclones (17-24) opened the season with 41 games on the road and Wednesday's contest will mark the first of 13 home games, which will be played at the Southwest Athletic Complex. Admission to all home games is free.
