    husker woes

Heard on TV last night that there best DB - Zack Bowman - who missed last year due to a knee injury hurt his other knee yesterday. Will have an MRI today to see how bad it is.

RB Kenny Wilson will probably miss the year with a broken femur which also happened yesterday.

Pretty sad for Bowman, could have went pro this year, but wanted to play one more year of college.

The RBs that were four deep last year are now down to two.

they have got a lot more depth than us too. it's scary to think about any of our 2 deep players getting injured. we really can't afford to lose anyone.

Apparently he was moving a TV according to several news reports last night. I never heard any details other than that.

    Re: husker woes

Kenny was hurt from last year with a bad foot. He may have something else going on if he broke his femur moving a 32 inch TV. He must have fell down the steps after his Light Bud.

And Bowman is always hurt. Reminds me of a former Oklahoma stud linebacker that was always injured in the pros. Too muscle bound in the head perhaps.

Looks like Marlon Lucky will get the job by default and nebraska will be passing a lot.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

Thing of it is, Kenny's recovering from a staph infection and not even taking part in spring practice.

    Re: husker woes

I broke my femur in 6th grade in a game of backyard tackle football. Two kids had grabbed ahold of each of my legs so I couldn't move. Then some 8th grade behemoth ran full speed from 30 yards and POP! My femur was broken. Neighbors came out thinking a gun had been shot. I will say that it hurt pretty bad, but it def toughened me up. It was about a year and a half recovery period for me but thats with traction. This guy will prolly get a rod inserted so who knows.

    Mandelbaum! Mandelbaum! Mandelbaum!

"Why didn't you tell me the TV was bolted down?"

"I still thought you could do it!"
Yeah well, ya know, that's just, like uh, your opinion, man.
