Iowa State: Anyone who's a true college basketball fan needs to see a game at Hilton Coliseum. Nice is in the DNA of Iowans and the fans here are particularly gracious -- even when the home team loses but gives a great effort, they are appreciative.

ESPN.com picked Hilton Coliseum as the "Hot Arena" in the Big 12...coaches in the league noted that, "regardless of talent, the Cyclones have a home court like no other."

I wouldn't rule Majerus out just yet, the owner of the IC Pancheros offered free Burritos.

As of now, Lowery is the "next" candidate. However, he also just accepted a 7 year deal from SIU promising $750,000 per year. (from $225,000 per year this year)

I guess if it is him he would be close to a hospital. Then in 4 years they will look for another headcoach. NOT taking Lowery was a mistake, serious mistake

Best choice for the Hawks is to rehire C.Vivian Stringer from Rutgers for the men's coach.
