Colorado Buff BB Coach

Has Colorado selected a replacement BB coach? If they have the news sure doesn't seem to have been reported.

Re: Colorado Buff BB Coach

I don't think they are getting much attention out there, or at least maybe around here. Ricardo Patton got hired somewhere, but I can't think of the school right now. I'm guessing that they will grab a midmajor coach that is somewhat under the radar.

Re: Colorado Buff BB Coach

Thoughts are that the Buffs will go after Jeff Bzdelik. I think he'd be a great hire for them. (Current coach at Air Force, former Nuggets head coach)

Not only did they forget they let their coach go, they forgot they had a basketball program in the first place.

Re: Colorado Buff BB Coach

according to the denver post, Bzdelik (can I buy a vowel please?) is still the top of everyone's list and some say he'll be named coach next week. Seriously though, no one gives a poop out here.... I think CIML games in Des Moines probably had larger attendances to some games than CU did in the last few seasons. It's going to take a really special personality to generate interest in the program in Boulder.

Insanity: doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results.

Talk about a style hangover, would Bzdilek be able to use any of the current Buff players? I can definitely see the appeal for the fans in going that direction, but to get a disciplined game in Colorado would take a couple recruiting classes for sure.
