Ouch that's going to hurt. Their ego is going to take a huge set back.
Wonder how good a coach he really is? His personality has to be an improvement over what they had.
I haven't been to Iowa City on awhile. Maybe they didn't have a hotel suite nice enough for Majerus.
I stayed at the Marriott close to the Univ. of Utah campus in Salt Lake City when he was caoching there. Upon checking in I asked if Coach Majerus was home. The front desk people just smiled. I asked if this was the hotel where he lived and they said they couldn't comment on guests staying in the hotel.
I said, "Guest? Coach Majerus has LIVED here for years. I've heard it's because he doesn't like to make his bed". They all laughed but didn't say I was wrong. The next morning, as I was checking out, Majerus walked by the front desk.
