hardcore, i know exactly what you are talking about. right when i got the game my friend and i played (i was isu he was texas tech) and every play was a blown pass coverage on each side. think the final score was 92-70 with us combining for over 2000 total yards that was my biggest dissappointment in the ps2 version but ive started getting used to the pass defense but still a bit tricky

theres a button that you hit and it will select that play, and you can keep searching to fake the other player out. I dont use it but I think it should be x. If not just go the controls and look it up. I played the game for ps2 last night, and choose 360, its hard to turn back.

Ok, I'm glad you know what I'm talking about. What have you been doing to fix it, or get more used to it? It's just something that seems like it really shouldn't be doing that EVERY play. I can understand once and a while depending on your player's awareness, momentum, etc, but it was every single passing play that my guys were doing that, and they weren't even closing to guarding their guy man to man.
