Not to mention one of the highest rated players ISU has ever signed in 6'10", 220 lb Craig Brackins! This coming basketball season is going to be much better than last year's team, IMHO!

My point is that super-fast ball handlers can be just as effective or more effective than bigger, slower guards.

I understand the recruits we have are "all on paper," we haven't played a game yet, and "paper doesn't win ballgames," but does anyone else think that GMac has answered the question as to whether he can recruit?

Good point ability has little to do with size. Especially in basketball.

Is it just me, or does anyone else find the name fo the school that Craig Brackins comes from alittle odd. The "Boys to Men Academy" I just can not get the rap / r&B group from the early 90's out of my head.

If you recall, there were games were Taylor couldn't an outside shot off. Why was that? It was against teams that had 6'3" + guards. Tall guards are a positive and results are more steals as the clog the passing lanes and they make it hard for the opponents to get clean looks.
