I don't understand what would be holding him back at this point. Shouldn't he have enough credits built up to make the transfer easy and not make his ACT score matter? I can easily see someone having trouble qualifying out of HS and even after 1 year at JUCO, but at this point he should be good to go. Usually if you hold a 2.0 average on all prior work they will accept it. I would be shocked if Wallace wasn't here.
