Individual ticket prices start at $124 each for end zone seats, $289 each
for upper level Section "N", and go all the way up to $583 each for lower level 50 yard line.
I know that asking and getting are two different things, but it sure makes season tickets (7 home games) look like a bargain.

Honestly, why would you spend 500 bucks on a single game ticket if you could buy a season ticket for less, sell the tickets to the rest of the games, and only spend about 100 bucks total? It doesn't make much sense to me.

StubHub is an online ticket exchange. It's an online listing where fans who can't go to the game (or more likely in this case, those who don't care to go) can sell their tickets. The prices are set by the seller, and StubHub takes a 15% commission from the sale.

It gets back to what we were discussing a long time ago. Here we have fans selling just the Iowa game ticket and essentially paying for the rest of the season, with some turning a tidy profit.

I think the thing is that some other online brokers, once they see what kind of profit they can turn, will start buying up any remaining season tickets once we hit late July and early August, because buying one $350 season ticket as a broker will be pretty much paid off by the Iowa game, and then you can sell the remaining tickets online for pure profit.

I hate stub hub. It is basically a legal scalping service. You are better off looking elsewhere in general.

Great idea selling the tickets. I don't live in Iowa anymore, but if I did...

I would buy a ticket because, hey, I'm a huge ISU fan...but....I guess I could see if I could make some money and miss one game. I'll just put the ticket online. If someone bites, great! If not, no big deal, I'll go to the game.

Better yet...I'll buy two season tickets this year and bring a friend to every game, make a Cyclone believer out of my neighbor...except I might as well see if I can make a few bucks on one game and still go to the game with my other ticket.

It's America people! Our country is built on making money...season tickets are at an all-time high! You don't think there are people out there buying more tickets than usual, might as well make your money back if you can.

I know I'm rambling....just putting it out there.

I sit on the 50, at the bottom of the upper deck and it would take $500 each for a Cyclone to talk me out of those for the iowa game. I wouldn't sell them to a hawk for less than $1000 each and then I would donate every dollar of the profit to ISU.
