I would be much more favorable towards the idea of road games at Mcleod than the dome.

Re: Big Four basketball games on thin ice?
Well, if the bigger schools want to start winning more, they need to start treating them as important games rather than "gimmes". Last year, I went to Carver for the UNI game - the first loss for Iowa in Iowa City EVER against UNI. Carver probably had at most 10,000 fans, and I'd say at least 3,000 of them were UNI fans.
Possibly the lowest I've ever felt as a Hawk fan was when UNI fans were chanting "UNI" after the final buzzer.
But my point is - these could be good games, but they are being marketed for the bigger schools like a game against The Citadel.

Playing the ISU-UNI game in the Mcleod Center would be both plus and minus. Probably a more normal shooting background at Mcleod which would benefit us. Less seating though which would mean fewer Cyclone fans at the game.
