Here is an article about how Hancock was legally drunk. Sad story...but a very stupid decision on his part.

Sad story but this somewhat justifies all the reports the media were coming out with that everyone was so upset that was being reported. Now it just backs up the stories with proof.

They have more information in the article now:

1. He was drunk at nearly twice the legal limit. 0.157
2. He had marijuana in his car.
3. He wasn't wearing his seat belt.
4. He was talking on the cell phone.

Not exactly safe driving.

They did the same thing with Darrel Kyle...talked how he had some marijuana issues. I'm sorry, but NO one is perfect and the media should only focus on good things and focus on the fact that people will miss the deceased. I am embarrassed sometimes of our nations' media.

I remember that, and if my memory serves me correctly it turned out drugs had absolutely nothing to do with his death.
