I think what he's getting at are the towns that sound off the steam whistles daily. The ones used daily are also in small towns, and they're used to signal lunch break.

I think youre right. I emailed the athletic director and he said there is absolutely no chance that we will have the storm siren (but he agreed it would be neat and appreciated the enthusiasm). I don't think he was too impressed with the petition though... haha.
