Why does ISU have zero 2008 recruits?

I would have thought that GC and co. would have picked up at least a couple of guys already. I am sure they have a plan and have many kids targeted. This is a new staff and they need some time to gel but they should have a few contacts from their old schools that should follow.

I probably shouldnt get to worked up over this but was just wondering what people thought about the recruiting so far.

Committing doesn't mean much until they have signed their letter of intent. We all know how recruits can change their minds.

I assume your source is rivals or scout, so all it really means is that they don't know of anyone commited to us, doesn't mean we don't have anyone yet. Unless I'm wrong I don't think anything a recruit does at this point has to be made public. Gene and Co. may be keeping their cards close to the vest.

I'm pretty sure right now that CN has free stories for a while. I'm not sure if you can read Deace's blog with that option right now, but if you can, a few weeks ago, he talked about why you won't hear about any commits for ISU for a while.
