OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – The Iowa State softball team will have to wait until Friday to open play at the Big 12 Championships after rain washed out the opening day of the tournament, which is being held at the ASA Hall of Fame Stadium. The 10th-seeded Cyclones will now face seventh-seeded Kansas Friday at 11 a.m. Should the Cyclones win they will face Oklahoma, the second seed, at 4:30 p.m. on FSN.
