But even so, I'm not worried about what will happen when we beat Michigan State (I'm thinking optimistically, of course). Do you really think a vanquished opponent is going to put the same effort into beating us after they've lost as they would when they're team is the one involved?

You are talking about people that have nothing better to do than cast over 3.2 million votes so far between our 2 schools. Yes I think they would and I would bet if we lose there are enough bitter people here that would do the same. We wouldn't have these long threads on both boards if no one cared that much...
