It's toward the bottom, but it's a good read all the way through. Yeah, I just read that a little bit ago. Kind of a crazy place for the department to be in. I'm curious about this home-and-home series between MSU and UH now... I'd love to see tapes of those games. The Sparties are whining a whole bunch about how the Hawaii players were "thugs". Must have been a good game.

MSU backed out of the series, according to the article: Frazier said the scheduling problems all started when Michigan State pulled out, paying Hawaii a $250,000 cancellation fee. He said if no opponent is selected by the end of the month, the school will only play 12 games. One more reason to dislike the Spartans -- they're weasels who don't honor their scheduling agreements!

Hawai'i was @MSU in 2005 and got beat something like 48-14. They were set to play another series in 2007/2008. That's the one they backed out of.
