I'd talk to everybody about what they want to do for the bachelor party as well, like, does the bride have some brothers coming or some other guys might not be totally comfortable with strippers. Then the whole stripper thing is a drag for everybody, because the guys that don't nothing to do with it always end up pissing off somebody.

My brother had a bit of the same problem. His friends all wanted a stripper, he wanted to have a few drinks and go to the Funny Bone. I think he was rather upset when they did get a stripper. So good luck with your non-stripper fishing party.

I agree with not letting anything being photographed if it is bad. Also leave the video recorders at home. A friend of mine recorded a lot of his party and during the footage a drunk friend went into how he and the groom hooked up with a few ladies 5 years prior in Europe. Meaningless at the time, but later we found out the groom and bride had been dating 7 years. She saw that footage and it literally began a 3 year downward slope to divorce.
I am planning a bachelor party right now also. ALWAYS have a back up plan for the agenda. Some idiot will always forget his ID or lose his money or get thrown from a bar. Make everyone check for their ID before leaving the hotel. I have seen it ruin a night. Finally if you are in KC, I guess try going to Kelly's if he is into Iowa State also. Hope that helps some.

I have never understood why some people get so uptight about strippers... I have never been a 'stripper fan' although there is some kid in Vegas that has his first year of college paid for thanks to me but thats another story... I don't get what the big deal is and why people get so upset... You don't hear any stories about bachelors running off with strippers to get married or anything... Basically the bachelor gets humiliated, the other guys get to see some skin and everyone goes home with empty pockets... No different than a group blind date ; )
By the way, that stripper looked just like Eva Longoria, I couldn't help it...

The best way, IMO, to separate the "brothers/other friends/older relatives" and still keep them involved is to start with a golf outing. Everyone throw in some $$, get some handicaps, and make even teams and make it competitive. Make sure someone is getting the beer girl to deliver a round of drinks to each of the foursomes, and rotate who buys. Cigars, drinks and golf on a beautiful sunny day! That's the way to start...
Then at night, you can get out with just the boys for some wild times... take a white t-shirt and make a "honey-do" list with boxes to check off: do a body shot, give a girl a lap dance, get underwear from girls, lipstick on the cheek, etc. Make sure to embarass him as well... if you're doing the strip club, depending on what type of club/city it's in, etc, you can get him on stage for about $200-300 and have two girls whip him with his own belt (yes, we've done this to friends - it's hilarious seeing them drop his jeans and smack him HARD with his own belt) but make sure he's had plenty to drink at this point.
I had to serenade a girl in the restaurant we went out to dinner for my bachelor party, and did You've Lost that Lovin Feeling and had the whole restaurant going...that was a good time. The group of girls that she was with, then decided to meet up with us at different bars in the night, so that helped out nicely with the party...
Can't wait - i have to plan another one here in a couple months!!!

Thanks for all the tips guys! There are some very good ideas there.
I may even try to buck the system to attempt to take a donkey into the casino.

I really like the idea of having a To-Do List on his shirt. What are some of the things that would go on there say if I wanted 8-10.
-Do a body shot
-Get 3 hot girls to sign this shirt
-Get a pair of underwear/bra
Any other ideas?
And its just going to be a group friends...no relatives or stuff like that.
