They are taking transfer from Miami of Florida that got kicked off the team for off the court issues. Do you realize what you have to do to get kicked off a team at the university of Miami? So now they have this kid and a kid that was aquited for rape that will be comming in. I heard they just contacted Kenny Pratt to see if he had used up his eligibility.
I don't think even Huggy could have turned that program into thugsville as fast as Martin. I commend him.
I do expect them to be improved as the talent there is improving. I still just don't see them being a contender, especially after Beasley and Walker exit. If they are going to populate their roster with juco's and transfers, that hardly ever bodes well.
To be fair, the "U's" basketball program doesn't get away with as much as their football program. You've got to win something before you can hit a guy with a helmet on national TV and not get kicked off the team.
