    That's too bad. I know Coach Mac thought a lot of his dad and he seemed to be a big influence on him.

    Thoughts and prayers PJ was a very good guy. He used to come out to media day in the fall and take each of our pictures and have them made into buttons for us that our parents could wear.

    Pat McCarney

    I see that Dan's dad Pat passed away the other day in Ames.

    Our sympathys to the McCarney family.

    He was a nice guy ,but tougher than nails!

    his Dad had been real sick for a long time and Dan got to spend probably more time with him than he thought he would, so it is kind of a blessing that he is not suffering anymore but still it is never expected thoughts and prayers go out to the McCarney family
