    haha Drew Tate for Heisman?

Did anyone else see that article that Keeler wrote in the sports section about Tate for Heisman if the Hawkeyes do good this year?

If he was a finalist and lost he would probably throw a tantrum, grab the trophy from the winner's hands, spike it, and then try to tackle him with his head.

Then of course he would be the Number 1 draft pick where he would be picked by the Greenbay Packers where he would replace the man whom he has been compared to time and time again over the past 4 years, Brett Favre.

Actually, Mr. Keeler was misquoted. He has him up for the "He's a Man" Trophy, a lesser known and less respected award.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

Albert Young has the better chance of these two, I think. With a very good runner behind him (barring injury), Tate won't be needed to do what he did in 2004, most likely. That was where all his accolades come from--remember, say what you want about the hockeye's QB, but he put the team on his shoulders all season in 2004 and led them to #8 ranking in the final poll.

If Drew Tate wins, he will probably end up like Eric Crouch - in Canada pretending to be a qb when he is a better running back.

I hope we beat Iowa by a point on the last play of the game... I'd probably have a heart attack along with everyone else my age, but it would be worth it.

How do those pompous sqwakeyes think they are going to replace Greenway and Hodge?

Even when you beat them by 20, there is still plenty of room for hawkeye excuses...LOL...

I'm all for keeping Twate in the whole game so we can beat them by 20, but I am even more for having him throw an interception on the last play of the game and then getting another concussion when he attempts to tackle again. Although I would just as soon his mental capacities(however lacking they are)be at full strength so he can feel the pain and belittlement of getting his *** BEAT at his own sewer of a stadium.
