Id really like to get McDonough, Staggs, and DeJong. Id even take Coleman or Davison. Im surprised that LJ Gamblin and Robinson from Rooosevelt?!? didnt make the list.

That reminds me of Adam Timmerman. I think he finished 5th at the State Track meet in the high hurdles his senior year at Cherokee.

Re: Rival's Top 10 Iowa prospects
scary numbers:
100 players
42 uncommitted
50 committed to Big 12 Schools
8 to others
ISU with none!

I also remember a game with Kansas when Cy (wore a huge suit then) went out to center field, squatted, and "pooped" a couple of chickens that had been dyed blue then chased them around.

That James Vandenberg has a CANNON for an arm. If we weren't pretty set for QB's I'd say we should be going after him.

We were pretty set with Austin Flynn at QB as well. Then Bret Meyer came in and shook things up. I love what Arnaud's going to bring to us in the future, but if Vandenberg is better than Arnaud, and we have a realistic chance, go for him.
