FOX Sports on MSN - NFL - "Pacman" linked to shootout in Georgia?
I just can't figure people like this out. Didn't he have a big speech about realizing the error of his ways?
This part is inaccurate as he has not been officially charged with this crime. His suspension is based off his other issues. If convicted of the Vegas incident, it will likely mean the end for Pacman.
Jones is serving a one-year suspension for his part in several off-field incidents over the last two years, most notably a brawl at Vegas strip club during the NBA All-Star weekend that left one person paralyzed.
Now...this latest incident could mean the end for him. I can almost guarantee we won't be seeing him on the field this year - even though the one year suspension can be reduced. He tossed that out the window it seems.
He hasn't been convicted of anything yet. The commissioner made the suspension based on he 10 "incidents" with law inforcement and related acts - so I'm guessing the stripclub shootings were on his mind. If convicted on anything the suspensions could worsen or fines may be in order.

I do recall Goodell being quoted that the Vegas incident was not a factor in the suspension and he would wait to see how it played out before taking further action if necessary.
