Do you want to see boise in a title game?

the other thread got me thinking about this. i want boise to play for a title (assuming they run the table in impressive fashion. im all for them going undefeated and getting a fair shot at a national title. if we can't have a playoff system at least give great teams like this a fair chance, otherwise what is the point in playing football at all in a non bcs conference. give them the same opportunities as the rest of us.

i also like boise because they seem to stay out of trouble, are well coached and just flat out good. they beat teams with better athletes with smarter coaches and better play. also like that their coach has stayed the course and remained faithful to one team despite have the opportunities to go to a bigger school for "better opportunity and more money." that is honorable and hard to find in this day and age.

Nope.

If they played in a real conference and faced tough to moderate challenges on a weekly basis and went undefeated...then yes, I'd be all for it. Playing one or two tough games a year and having the rest be mainly cupcakes and expecting the same treatment as BCS conference champions is cheating the system

I want to see Boise State in the title game because I do like to see an underdog prevail. Not to mention, that the BCS is a load of crap and makes it nearly impossible for schools in the smaller conference make it to the title game. I think once a non-BCS schools wins the title game then the support of the playoffs would increase in big wigs that could make it happen will.

Wouldn't you want them to make it for it to implode? Until the Texas's of the world are left out of the national title game for "lesser" teams I don't see BCS changing anytime soon.

I said yes. But it's more of a "I don't care, I just don't want them to be snubbed because they're not BCS"

Hell yes!!! They have proven that they can beat ranked teams, they can win the bowl games and go undefeated the whole year. How can you not? Yes they do play in a little weaker conference but they are playing 2 ranked teams in the preseason! They deserve it more than some BCS teams do.

If they go undefeated again, then they definately deserve it and they have proven they can beat BCS teams.
