    Who is calling Arnaud "The Mayor"

    ABC threw up a side by side with AA's dad and said Austins name was "the Mayor". I have never heard him called this nor has he ever even came close to earning Freds nickname. Has anyone ever heard him Called "The Mayor" or was abc trying to make some crap up.
    Nobody but HB knows for sure. You pretty much know nothing....like Knownothing would like to say.

    I heard that too - I think its probably just ABC looking for something to kill time - probably heard that from the 1 Ames High fan that called him "the mayor" one time.

    Yes, it bothered me.

    He's been an okay QB and stuck with ISU during some crappy times but has done NOTHING to earn that nickname or anything of the like.
