I really hope the team doesnt share the attitudes of most on this board. If they did, might as well fold up shop and just try to field a team next year.

He is the best we got.
AA is our man in every game except Iowa. I'm sure he's trying hard, but emotions get the best of him.
To me, this says more about our receivers than it does about Arnaud. Everyone remember when Darks got on Youtube with a Michigan State jersey? Drama queen. The receivers are unproven. The best receiver we have is Franklin. You can sit here and tell me, "Well, Austen needs to get them the ball." Sometimes, yes, this is the case. Other times they need to just make the damn play. CPR has said that Darius Reynolds is supposed to be the playmaker. Make the play. Catch the ball and make the play. Every time he has caught the ball, he does this little sidestep dance move. At least twice yesterday I saw receivers trying to catch a ball with one hand. I'm no college receiver, but I'm pretty sure it is easier to catch a ball with two hands.
I get a sense of inflated egos on this team, on the offense and on the defense. If the receivers truly do not have faith in Arnaud, they should take a look in the mirror first. I'm not so sure I would feel comfortable throwing to most of them in pressure situations at this point. Our defensive secondary obviously has ego issues when we have guys shoving each other on the field.
I hope this week was a smack in the face for some of the guys on this team. Its time to step up and play as a team. Right now it looks like a bunch of individuals playing a game that some people describe as football. A lot of growth needs to happen in the upcoming weeks.
AA shouldn't be benched yet, but someone should else should have been taking snaps in the 2nd half yesterday. I don't buy that emotions got the best of AA because he seemd like a robot, you could tell by his body langauge after the incomplete pass on 3rd down of the first drive of the game that he was a no show. From that point on he never seemed into the game.
Money had a good game yesterday. Outside of Shontrelle, probably the best game of anyone else out there. Caught some good passes, ran hard after the catch, and blocked well too.
Last week, I think Money got the ball thrown to him once... and it was 6 inches off the ground.
Rhoads has said that guys like Money need to make plays. Well... then get them the ball. And if your QB can't get them the ball in their hands and in stride, then find a QB who can. I'm sick of it. The ball needs to be in the hands of guys like Money, Shontrelle, ARob, Lenz, Darks, etc. It should not be in AA's hands in the pocket.
AA obviously doesn't get it. He said after the game that it went better than last year's game. Really AA? If you believe that, then you don't know what you're talking about.
I remember a play on the second or third series in which AA had CF open over the middle for a nice gain and possible FD and threw it at his shins. With your team deperately needing a FD and with 20 some starts of expierence, that's a throw you just have to complete. Easy to see why some are frustrated. Hoping AA can rebound next week at Arrowhead.....
If AA is the best we have, imagine what it will be like when he is gone. Know one is saying Tiller would have won the game, but Tiller could not have done worse than AA, and he at least should have gotten a chance to play. If I was Tiller, I would have contemplated transferring to a school where even if I weren't that starter, would have gotten a chance to play when the starter was having a game like AA did. The coaches clearly just wanted to get Austen a TD against Iowa, instead they should have shown him a message that if he didn't step his game up, we are going to put someone else in. Now, AA knows no matter how bad he plays, he isn't going to get benched.
