This is a HUGE game for our Cyclones! It's "Farmageddon Week" and down in KC and I am looking forward to seeing our guys fight to win this one. We will see if our guys have toughness in this game. It's also a payback game in which I hope our guys have been looking forward to sending them a message. A win here will light the fire for the rest of the season IMO and get us logged into bowl contention. WE MUST WIN THIS GAME!! No excuses....do the work Cyclones!
Also, anyone bringing down that old-school John Deere Tractor to KC for that "traveling trophy" tradition that was discussed a couple months ago? Oh man, K-State needs to become our main "rival" in the conference. Two under-appreciated Ag-Schools...old Big 8 mates....etc... Thus, the reasoning to start some kind of a trophy game with them...both schools can do this and get some attention. Also, we need to start having some meaningful games with them, (i.e. final game of the season games). Starting with sending them home with a heartbreaker this season! Go Cyclones! Beat K-State!
Sorry, I can't predict a Cyclone blowout. I barely remember what a Cyclone blowout looks like...

31-10 last year over Army I think. How much did we beat Baylor by last year? Is 3 TD's plus a blow out? Maybe?
42-14 over A&M in 05 or 06
23-3 over Iowa in '05....plus McCarney nealed inside our own 10 at the end of the game instead of plowing it in for a 30-3 mark.... classy.
here are some examples.

I'm not trying to slam our team but you guys were able to come up with one in the last 4+ years (A&M was in 05, Baylor 2009 was 24-10 - I'll give you Army). I rest my case. I'll hope for a Cyclone blowout, but I ain't predicting one with that track record.

I think KSU is a lot better than last year and assuming we fix the worst parts of the game from last week then I think you could say we are about the same as last year. Given that, I think KSU wins big 2-3 TD win. I'll also predict that after this game AA has a total of 8 turnovers for the season and a passer rating below 90 (currently 98.9, worst of any BCS conference QB and only better than 8 QBs in D1...ugh), granted there's only a handful of teams that have played a top10 team right now and I hope I'm wrong but he looked aweful last week and it had nothing to do with being pressured, he just doesn't understand the value of ball security the way a QB needs to.

This is where the team has to turn it around then. We cannot affort to be 1-2 let alone 0-1 to start conference play. An exciting game like this in KC is just what we need to get back to business IMO. I look for ARob to have a big day....and AA to wake up. Big plays thrown down field NEED to happen. It is time, we MUST win this game. Plus, we had a heartbreaker last year....got to get them back.
