I think this one is all about the coaches. If they have done their jobs the players should have the Iowa game in the rear view and be in a mood to crack some skulls. I gonna be optimistic and assume the coaches have done their jobs.

This will be like the Kansas game last year. Neither defense will be able to stop anything, but both teams will run the ball and shorten the game. Head says KSU, but heart says ISU.

This is why I don't bet $$$ on the game. We win 41-24! And I believe we will. If I didn't believe it there is not a chance in the world I would go to watch the game. I had us pegged 13-0 from NIU, now I see 12-1. But that is probably why it takes to wed. or thurs. after a loss before I stop feeling like somebody killed my dog. I've been all in as a fan for 26 years so for this game, i'm all in! (man I hope we pick up some good cards on the flop)

This is a tough one... where do you put KSU on the spectrum between NIU and Iowa?

Our offense looked crisp for about half the game (vs NIU). Other half... meh. Will Arnaud have more than about 1.5 seconds to do something with the ball (ala vs. Iowa). Will our receivers CATCH THE **** BALL??

On the other side... will ISU be able to stop the run? Very hit and miss against NIU.. although I have to say, the game would've been a bit more scary had they not been idiots and stopped trying to run the ball down our throats. Defense was completely non-existent against Iowa. (hell, the ENTIRE TEAM was non-existent against Iowa).

At this point, I still have no idea where this team is. All I see is last year's offense with a less effective defense.

Of course, I think if our offense wakes up, it could easily be
