Arnuad to Start - Tiller to likely play...

Re: Arnuad to Start - Tiller to likely play...
Is this purely a health issue or is performance being factored in as well?

I am excited by this move. Hopefully, competition will ensue and bring some life to the offense

Keep in mind, while the Register makes it seem like Tiller will for sure see snaps - Rhoads' comments do not convey that message.

His comments lead me to believe Tiller will only see the field if Arnaud's shoulder starts bothering him or if the game's already been decided.

Save AA for the Big 12 conference. If we are as good as we should be, our backup qb should be able to beat UNI. I mean, should we not be able to beat them with a qb that beat Nebby last year?
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Maybe CPR should look at the poll at the bottom of the site.....

I agree, coaches should not base their starting lineups on internet message boards or the polls on them.

Re: Arnuad to Start - Tiller to likely play...
If Tiller is going to get any kind of playing time, I want to see him get valuable game experience. What I mean by valuable game experience is that I want him to throw the ball and not hand it off/run it himself. In the Nebraska game and even when he played in the game against KSU this previous weekend we ran it way too much. I want to see what Tiller can do throwing the ball. If I remember the stats of the TA&M game, he completed a little below 50% of his passes.
