For real though, no college football fan would ever choose honor over not experiencing victory. That's like saying "everybody wins" to a 5-year-old after their t-ball game. I guess it just seems a little ironic that we're in the middle of a season tag-lined as "Proud to be one" when, in the past few days since the loss, literally everything in the program has been trashed to the point where it seems like we don't have anything left to be proud of.
I dunno, would you guys rather be like USC right now? Winning seasons always come and go, but I like the idea of our program being built upon the ideas of honor and that there is more to learn through playing football than just how to score touchdowns. It's more likely for an honorable losing team to someday find victory than it is for a classless champion team to someday find their honor.
