What FBS teams have a worse stadium than ISU?

Watching GameDay this morning on ESPN got me thinking about this, because I've always thought that Jack Trice was probably better than Boise St's stadium, but it isn't even close... Boise St's stadium puts ours to shame... big time.

So... which FBS teams have a worse stadium than us? I'm guessing probably not a whole lot? Most of the ones I see on TV look a lot better than the Jack IMO.

Duke is. Was there last week and it was a nightmare with all the Alabama fans.

Also, don't forget about the good things about Jack Trice. There aren't too many schools that have a better tailgating setup than ISU. Having all of the parking and grass fields around the stadium create a GREAT tailgating environment.

I have brought others to JTS to games for their first ISU games that have been to many other stadiums. They have all come away from their experience as saying our tailgating atmosphere is great and the stadium is really nice with great views.

I would like to see the South End bowled in. I think that would improve things immensely.

A lot of "small" programs have stadiums that would probably have stadiums 'worse' than Jack Trice stadium. Northwestern comes to mind in the Big Ten.

i was in vegas a couple years ago for the UNLV game and they def have a worse stadium

Bronco Stadium has a capacity of only 33,610. And its in Idaho.

Many of us have been to Boise. It wasn't that long ago we played in a bowl game there. It is small time.

I didn't watch Gameday so maybe the TV pics fooled you. The only thing it has over Jack Trice is the view of the mountains. Other than that, you feel like you're in a glorified CC stadium.

Having worked there for 8 years, I would say USC has a worse stadium with the Coliseum. It's big but it is not in good shape in terms of things for the fans. Also, if you have ever seen a USC game on tv, the fans are a very long ways from the field. Same thing is true of the Rose Bowl where UCLA plays. I would also say that both Nevada schools, UNVL and Nevada have worse stadiums than ISU does.

ISU's may not be as big as some schools, but with the improvements they have made recently, I doubt it is one of the worse stadiums in the country.
