our QB play is the worst element of this team

Re: I stand corrected
Of those, JT could be responsible for #3. To day he didn't have bad throws is a little much. He was 11 of 22 after all. He can't control mental mistakes of others and I highly doubt the OL blocks better depending on who's behind center.
I'll support JT when he's playing, but to think that he's the answer to our questions is a little much.
Everybody is in love w/ JT right now. People tend to look at last night and remember Nebraska last year. Nobody mentions the week after Nebraska. Let's say that he plays next week. Who's to say that he's going to be successful against TT? Then what?

Re: I stand corrected
Tiller didn't turn the ball over, but that was about the only positive. Time after time, he missed wide open receivers (Darks and Sed looked frustrated). I would say more than a couple of his completions were still bad throws where the receiver had to adjust to catch it, then got tackled immediately thereafter because of it. I realize being a QB for a BCS team is a tough task, but we really need someone to fill that role.
Our defense outscored our offense.

Our defense outscored our offense. I noticed that as well. Their body language just showed that they were upset.
Was it Whitver that said JT knows what receiver he's thowing it to right away. If he's covered then he just takes off running? That seems to be about right. I'm not sure how much he's working through the progressions.

I believe the original poster was being sarcastic (thus the profuse use of Jimlad). They were pointing out that many fans think that all of the offensive woes are/were the fault of Arnaud and would magically disappear with the insertion of Tiller at QB. Last night illustrated that, while Arnaud does have issues, Tiller isn't the cure-all many were thinking/hoping he would be.
