weird noise on top of scoreboard

My seats are at the top of the south end zone. Did anyone hear the clicking "electronic drum machine" sound last night? I found it very annoying, it sounded like something electric was shorting out.

Yeah that got really old. One more reason the updated video and sound system needs to come sooner rather than later.

I heard it from the Northend Hillside, didn't know where it was coming from but it was indeed strange - kind of like a background drum beat or something. It was actually more noticeable than the UNI band during the game...

Yeah I heard it too. We are at the 30 on the north end. Annoying. Pretty sure it was a glitch and wasn't suppose to be going.

I was thinking the same band.. I didn't realize the UNI band was down there really until they came out at halftime. Then they played Lady Gaga.. I almost puked

It sounded like someone was scratching some mad tunes on a turntable in the scoreboard. After about 20 mins it got annoying as hell...

Glad to hear others heard this noise last night. I thought I was going nuts!! Love our PA system!

I especially like the lack of coordination between the band and the PA. The highlight last night was the band interrupting the announcement of the donation to a veteran's fund from the Iowa Lottery (correct me if I have that wrong).

Yeah, its something with the clock. It's even worse through the stadiums clearcom headset system. Been doing it for 3 years through those.

That noise bugged me all night. It's almost to the point where they just need to turn the speakers off and let the band play all the music. You can't hear most of the announcements anyway.

I heard it, It was the first time, and hopefully the last.
It did not bug me too bad,

I think we should add some speakers on the Media tower on the West side.
I think it would add alot.
