Re: 43,000 attendence for Utah
Iowa State is the only fanbase where people hunt for excuses to stay away from the stadium.

. Yep. How anyone can honestly believe that just by bowling in the endzone more fans will start coming to games is beyond me. Yes it will make JTS look better, but if the seats are still empty does it really matter.

Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style. -

Is it too much for someone to open up a damn paper? DM Pieceofcrapister had attendence at 43,195. If 55,000 were sold, wouldn't that be the number? Who cares what Sam Steele has to say about the figures. All of us guys love the women that expand on reality when it comes to numbers, right?

As with most things on an internet forum.....it is great to make assumptions to validate the absurd comments someone wants to make...... You assume that I subscribe and read the DM Register. I am sure it is on the cylones.com web site too, which I have not read for this game or any of our prior games this season......but assume away, it makes you look like a genius.

Oh yeah, I forgot. The last couple times you've been called out on other threads for this "broken record" statement (ie...you were challenged that this isn't all about increasing attendance), you never came back with an answer. Why would we expect anything different now? I suppose we shouldn't.

Perhaps you could quit being the total doucher now - nah, that's probably asking too much out of you... Chuck Lidell: I paint my toenails with pink and black polish. Problem is, I get more paint on my toes and on the carpet than on my nails. Any advice? Maria Sharapova: Don't you beat up other guys for a living? I don't know how to answer this. -
Re: 43,000 attendence for Utah
Pathetic, absolutely pathetic. I would like to know who the guys are on this board that do nothing but ***** and never show up for the games? Where the hell are all these ISU alums? Im a freaking UNI grad and I support ISU more than most alums! PATHETIC.

Yeah, and those that had a successful "hunt" and bagged one (i.e...an excuse) , are probably pretty happy with their trophy this morning. (i.e....whatever they were able to experience/do last night during those 3 hours, that they otherwise wouldn't have if they'd paid to come to the game last night and witness our WORST home loss in history).
In other words, probably not the best game to call people out. I'm just sayin'

(the reports came from the Big East)
ISU never had an offer from the BE. I believe KSU and KU were the schools with offers.

I know at least 30 season ticket holders that were in the field.
