2011 football recruiting class

sorry if this has already been discussed before, but how big of a recruiting class are we expecting to sign this year? big? small? an in-between? Looking at the roster it appears that we have 16 scollies freeing up next year, but with 13 recruits already, that leaves few spots left to address our seemingly many needs.

I don't know for sure, but I would guess that it will be a fairly large class. There are quite a few seniors this year and there were several no shows in the 2010 recruiting class.

Rhoads says it'll be about 20. We graduate just 16 scholarship seniors, but I figure 4-5 other guys will leave due to being recruited over and/or a desire to move on with life.

The remaining scholarships in this class will in my opinion go to 1 TE, 2 OG, 1-2 JUCO DE, 1 JUCO DT, and the best remaining player or two.

We actually have a small number of seniors and only three members of the 2010 class were no shows, of which two we knew all along would be sign and place. Therefore this year's class will be fairly small.

We are at what 13 , right now?
I think the 3 JC's that were here are going to come aboard, so that's 16.
What's the latest on the big recruit from South Dakota? Haven't heard anything about him for months. Isn't his brother red-shirting, this year?

He went to Oklahoma Rural. Yes, his bro is RSing along with the four other Olineman. That unit could be very stellar. My guess is this class will be right at 20 or a little higher.

DL - Raynor
DE - JC Filimoeatu
OL - Clark (S.Miss commit)
TE/Ath - Daniels
DB - Gaines
LB - Coates
WR - Babineaux

i think kron ended up getting a scholarship? i could be wrong but i thought he was going to be a gray-shirt but that he ended up on scholarship this year
