Good one!

The poster is correct when looking at things from a regional perspective. NE, MN, WI and NW, are all in very easy drives for their fans to follow the teams on the road. Thus, you get PAYING customers with butts in seats, and cash registers ringing all over town at resturants, and motels for the one who travel a day early.
Likewise, we in-turn would be more appt to travel that close as well.
On the flip side, travel between the Big 12 schools stink. We get very few fans traveling from the states of TX, and OK.
If there's any idiots on the thread, it's the ones with their heads stuck in old Big 8 sand!
(Ok. A better product on the field would help too!)

He thought ISU would average in the mid 50's if ISU was in the Big 10 as the state of Iowa is more of a Big 10 state and would draw fans that were both Iowa/ISU fans.
