Not that is really matters, but we are #55 in the current Sagarin football rankings, even after our two recent beat downs. We are ahead of teams such as Penn State and Georgia Tech and right behind Clemson who is #54. The Sagarin rankings rank all FBS and FCS teams together based on a formula. I believe there are like 300 some teams in the rankings.
I could look at these for hours noticing random things.
Looks like Duke, Minnesota and Kansas are the worst BCS league teams by far in that order, there's about 20 spots between those three and the next BCS conference team. Imagine if KU hadn't beat GT. They'd be dead last among the BCS leagues.
Also interesting to see Missouri up to #6 with a 47 SOS, maybe a better than people thought. The obvious weird thing with this model right now is obviously Stanford at #2 with a loss. Tends to work out over the season though.
