What A day it was october 23rd 2010 a day when Our Iowa state Cyclones beat a national Power house.

it was a day when Paul Rhoads takes a 20+ underdog into austen texas and comes home a winner.
say what you want, If you think this is a horrible thread, I dont really care I just wanted to voice my opinion. what ever happens with this program Up or down today was one of the best sports moments of my life. I know the football Gods are looking down and smiling on Ames Iowa and the entire Iowa state family.

so here is to CPR and the fanbase of Iowa state..enjoy it while you can these days dont come to often.

I would not want to be any where else but with the Fanatics.

Go cyclones I cant wait to watch the rest of the season.

I guess the point of this topic is just to reflect on the victory that took place today.

Great great day I agree!!!!

I didn't go to the pep rally last year after Nebraska but I did make it this time... I basically took away from that rally that we need to pack the Jack this Saturday! No excuses!!!

Also, since I brought up the pep rally, who was that player dancing up by the stage with LJ? It was hilarious! He was also on the news, (channel 13). I was hoping someone else saw that!!!

To say these sort of things don't happen often is an insult to what CPR is trying to do with this program. His goal is for this to happen every week. So, while I will enjoy this win, I won't enjoy because it doesn't happen often, I'll enjoy because I'll look forward to the many more to come with this staff.
