    Prediction: KU @ ISU

I see this as a HUGE trap game, being between Texas and Nebraska. Although I think we could bring the scout team in for this game and still win by 7, KU is just aweful and its homecoming. I can honestly see a 4 game winning streak, not sure about Mizzou. ISU 42 KU 10

    Re: Prediction: KU @ ISU

It will be very easy for the coaches to keep the players focused. Just showing them the Iowa, Utah, and Oklahoma box score would do it. I think everyone on the team understand that ISU can't just show up against anyone and expect to win.

This game reminds me of Baylor last year. ISU is the clear favorite at home and just has to take care of business. ISU goes for over 200 yards rushing and KU takes a well deserved beating from ISU

    Re: Prediction: KU @ ISU

What Iowa State team shows up?

If A-Rob is running the ball well and Arnaud is playing with confidence, watch out.

If the defense is flying around and forcing turnovers, watch out.

If none of the above are true, there is no reason why KU can't come in and upset us.
The campaign starts now. November 6, 2012.

Woody busts a long one, Money dances free, Colin gets lost over the middle, and Clones roll 45-21.
Looking forward to CFH magic for the next bball season, Georges style.

I am thinking the same thing, but I believe that the coaches will have the team ready to play. We need the Oline to play sound like they did this week against Texas and the Dline to play tenacious like they did this week and we will be fine. I am not making a prediction, because I think that team will take care of business either way.

    31-17 Clones

Coming off a huge win over Texas and with Nebraska coming in the following Saturday, this game scares me a bit. However, KU is bad - real bad. This is a game ISU should dominate, but a 2 touchdown win and another conference victory is good enough at this point....

    Re: Prediction: KU @ ISU

NO GAME ISU PLAYS IS A GIMMIE!

The team must be focused or ISU will give KU its win of the year. You can bet KU believes this is their best chance at a conference win this year, this all despite our Texas win. I feel worse about KU after we beat UT.

    Hoping we get out alive:

    ISU 21
    KU 13
"I think that people are responding to someone standing up and saying this is what we want to do and let's not be afraid to go for it,'' Pollard said. "I think Iowa State has a very conservative, modest background. We never pound our chest and say `Let's do it.' It's OK to set a goal. You can't do it if you don't say what you want to do. You should be proud of it.''

Wild shootout with one team rolling another? That doesn't even make sense, lol.

    I'm going with ISU 35, Kansas 10.

Agreed. This game scares the crap out of me! We should be able to beat KU, but we're definitely not good enough to take them lightly. KU still has some decent athletes and we're going to have to bring our A game to win. Hopefully, after yesterday's win, this team will start to "smell" a bowl game and play accordingly next Saturday. We need this game and we need our D-Line to play like they did against Texas.
