Put 50-60 lbs on him and make him a DE.. There are plenty of white DE's maybe that will make him feel better

Hand timed or not he was state champ in the 100 meter dash. Last two Iowa State high school trach champions I can remember were Nik Moser and Dustin Avey, they both worked out quite well.

We've taken worse in the past. I trust the coaches to play this one correctly.

With Standard committed, Hollis on a red-shirt, Shontrelle, James White, and Woody all having another 3 years to play, do we have room for another running back? If he doesn't move to defense, I could see why he hasn't been offered yet since that position is pretty loaded right now.

Give him a chance at RB (may the best man win) and if it doesn't work out then look at Safety or LB even.

I heard this guy is a lone wolf. Supposedly, he even walked out on a practice because he wasn't getting enough touches.

    Re: Ebertowski Article

I saw him play against Harlan earlier in the year, and he was a little dinged up, but he still dominated the game. There HAS to be some sort of issue off the field that is keeping colleges away because he is a hell of a football player.

This is what I was thinking. Give him an offer and let's see what he can do at LB. He's taller than some of the guys we have there now. he can put on some more muscle, and he's definitely fast enough to play outside. If the ego is the problem, let Wally come in and set him straight.

One Woody truck stick would do one of two things: Kick the ego or make him quit.

I hate to speculate as to what his issue is but I have to believe there is one somewhere. If there isn't, someone please let us know so there isn't a bunch of specualtion on the internet about a 17-18 yo kid that isn't true.
    I'm on Twitter too: Tre4ISU

    Or so I have read.
